Tiffany Studios 539 bronze lamp base with original patina. The base has been rewired some time in the past and operates fine. The base is shown in the authoritative books titled Tiffany at Auction by Alastair Duncan, pg. 285, plate 889 and Koche's book, pg. 195, plate 40. Nice desert landscape oil painting by listed artist Anna Miller Corbell, who was active in Arizona and California during the 1930s and 1940s. This is an oil on board measuring 12x16 and signed on front in lower left and on the back with artist's Tempe address and description of the subject matter being the McDowell Mountain area. Nice atmospheric piece in good clean condition. The artist is listed in the Artist's Bluebook, on askart.com and in the Arizona historical archives.
