Handel obverse and reverse painted table lamp decorated on a chipped ice conical shade with a border of multi dimensional trumpet daffodils and radiating vertical leaves. The interior of shade is inscribed "Handel 5645" and bearing the initial "R" for William Runge, believed by many to be one of Handel's finest decorators. Great mission period desk alarm clock with untouched case and original movement. The movement is marked Parker for Charles Parker Co. from Meriden, CT. known for the development and manufacture of the Springfield rifles in the 19th Century as well as quality lighting though a good part of the 20th century. The clock has a mission ebonized oak frame and the clock face is patinated copper. The piece measures 11.5" tall and 5.5" wide with a 3" dial and keeps perfect time with no damage.

Fine and rare Newcomb College matte glazed flower frog measuring 4" wide and 3" tall. The frog is composed of 8 stylized flowers in Newcomb's trademark pale blue glaze radiating from a central trunk form in Newcomb's pale green glaze. The piece is marked with CL for Cynthia Littlejohn probably from her period as an Art Craftsman from 1914-20, which is consistent with the dating from the large Newcomb bowl the frog was found in. A very rare piece to find and a must for your Newcomb bowl.
