Mint Roseville Sunflower form 513-5 double handled vase. The piece measures 5 1/8" tall by 5 1/4" wide and is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or manufacturing flaws. We just love this form over other sunflower pots we have had over the years due to it's great case fitting size and large spread of sunflower blooms over it's wide circumference mid vase canvas.
