The clock is quartered English Oak and contains a high end movement and tone bars that play a beautiful soft Westminster three tone chime on the quarter hour, 6 tone on the half hour, 9 tone on the 3/4 hour and full 12 tone on the hour after which the hour is stuck. There is an original label on the inside of the door and the clock runs very well keeping excellent time and strikes on the hour with a cathedral bell and half hour with a cup bell.
