| Handel Reverse painted domical scenic lamp decorated with a scene of a full moon rising in a blue and orange sky over a back woods lake surrounded by mature hardwood trees, White Birches and brush. The trees are masterfully painted to lumenese in the light of the rising moon. The shade sits on a bronzed metal base of ribbed spreading circular foot cast with fret design at intervals. The lamp measures 22" high and 16" wide and has three Hubbell sockets with acorn pulls. The lamp is in excellent original investment quality condition with no damage, chips, cracks, lost paint, or repairs and is signed Handel on the base and shade as well as the shade numbered 6963. A very beautiful lamp in coloration and presence. | |
